SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. 
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next 
business day.

Delivery
Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days from the date your 
order is dispatched. Once your order ships, you will receive a 
confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow 
your package every step of the way.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $40.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get our product to you 
quickly, shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier 
delays, weather, or high order volumes. If your order has not 
arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, 
please contact us and we will make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your 
order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly 
as possible.
